Five pro bono offers

Each offer is a fixed five days of Ambrose and Bell effort, which may be spread over several weeks. The coaching engagement runs as five sessions instead. Every engagement is sharply defined and finishes with something your leadership team can act on.

1
Operating Model Transformation. A five-day diagnostic of how your organisation is structured to deliver its strategy.
2
Transformation Programme Assessment. A five-day independent read of a change programme that is not delivering.
3
Leadership Team Effectiveness. A five-day structured read of whether the leadership team is composed for what comes next.
4
AI and Automation Assessment. A five-day read of the operating model around your AI and automation investment.
5
Success in Your First Hundred Days. Five coaching sessions for a new senior leader stepping into the role.

There is no fee for our time.

What we ask in return

One condition. In return for the work, the organisation agrees up front to a written case study of the engagement, named or anonymised as agreed.

Eligibility

Registered charities and social enterprises only. Not commercial businesses.

Fixed effort

Five days of our effort, or five coaching sessions. The effort is capped. The calendar is not, so it can spread over several weeks to suit you.

Sponsorship

The chief executive, the owner, or another real decision-maker sponsors the work and takes part in it.

Third-party costs

Hard external costs, such as assessment licences or travel, are yours. They are named before anything starts.

Transparency

The contract shows the full commercial value of the work, with the discount visible against it.

Graceful exit

If the problem turns out to sit outside the scope, either side can close early with a short findings note.
